Accidental Damage / Malicious Damage [return to top]
We will pay the cost of repairs if your Macbook Neo is damaged as a result of an accident or malicious damage. If your Macbook Neo is not repairable, then we will provide you with a replacement Macbook Neo.
Liquid Damage [return to top]
We will pay the cost of repairs if your Macbook Neo is damaged by liquid as a result of an accident. If your Macbook Neo is not repairable, then we will provide you with a replacement Macbook Neo.
Breakdown [return to top]
We will pay for repairs if your Macbook Neo breaks down due to an electrical fault outside of the warranty period. If your Macbook Neo is not repairable, then we will provide you with a replacement Macbook Neo.
Theft [return to top]
If you have chosen the Premier or Elite cover level and your Macbook Neo is stolen, we will provide you with a replacement Macbook Neo. Where only part or parts of your Macbook Neo have been stolen, we will only replace that part or parts.
Accidental Loss* [return to top]
If you have chosen the Elite cover level and you accidentally lose your Macbook Neo, we will replace it.
Cracked Screens [return to top]
We will pay the cost of repairs if the screen of your Macbook Neo is damaged as a result of an accident. If your Macbook Neo is not repairable, then we will provide you with a replacement Macbook Neo.
Up to 90-days worldwide cover[return to top]
Your gadgets are covered worldwide for a maximum of 90 days for any one trip.
Cover multiple gadgets for less with our Multi-Gadget discount
If you want to insure more than one gadget on a policy, we will give you a multi-gadget discount.

Significant Exclusions or Limitations
As with all policies of this type there are certain limitations and certain things that are not covered. The most significant exclusions of this policy are set out below. There may be other exclusions that are significant to you, so you need to check the policy document for full details.
- Gadgets cannot be more than 36 months old at the start date of the insurance when purchasing a new policy. There is no age limit when renewing your policy.
- If you make a claim, we may request proof of usage. This is evidence from your provider that your phone has been in use since the policy was purchased and up to the event giving rise to the claim.
- An excess applies to each and every claim.
- * Accidental loss cover only applies if you select the Elite cover option.
* Price quoted is for the Apple MacBook Neo with the Premier level of cover and a £200 excess.
All premiums are inclusive of Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) which is 12%.
