The iPad 4 returns as new entry-level model

Apple has today replaced the iPad 2 with a re-released iPad 4 as their entry level iPad. The iPad 4 was originally launched in October 2012 but was withdrawn when the iPad Air was introduced at the end of 2013. The 'new' iPad 4 is identical to the original  with a Retina display, iSight camera and A6X chip and Lightning connector.
